What you'll do

  • Oversee and lead the Manufacturing Engineering team in Camden, AR.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of related experience.
  • Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 is required.
  • Experience with technical project and digital solutions leadership.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, digital automation, and systems integration.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).
  • U.S. citizens.
