Engineering, Reporting & Analytics Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers and reporting analysts to deliver analytics products.
• Define business requirements and functional designs for reporting tools based on stakeholder needs.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Establish and enforce data governance, quality controls, and standardized metrics across the organization.
• Manage the development and maintenance of reporting platforms and data warehouse structures.
• Identify tool gaps and implement improvements to automate processes and enhance functionality.
• Develop training materials and documentation to support users accessing tools and data.
• Consult with stakeholders to align data strategies with business goals and operational requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Seven years of experience in transportation, logistics, or brokerage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
• Strong skills in business process, analytical, problem solving, conceptual, project management, communication, and human relations.
• Experience with information design and data models.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (preferred).
• Proven experience presenting data-driven insights and analytics to senior leadership stakeholders (preferred).
• Demonstrated success working within a global organization and fostering cross-functional collaboration (preferred).
