What you'll do

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and engineering milestones.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience managing or formally leading engineers.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, and Gitlab.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or GCP cloud database platforms.
  • Expertise in data modeling, architecture principles, CI/CD, and handling sensitive or regulated data.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR data, AI/LLM products, or fintech environments (preferred).
