Manager, Digital Transformation, Design Quality

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy critical quality processes across the entire product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the quality lead for the Idea to Retire (I2R) workstream.
• Define and prioritize quality requirements that support organizational transformation goals.
• Drive scalable, consistent solutions across various capabilities and workstreams.
• Enhance digital tools to improve end-to-end quality visibility and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead cultural change by influencing stakeholders and promoting the adoption of new processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience.
• An MBA or master's degree is preferred.
• Candidates must have 6–8 years of management experience.
• Experience with quality tools such as Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, and FMEA for at least 8 years is preferred.
• Experience in engineering or consulting with knowledge of operational processes, systems, and digital transformation is required.
• Proficiency in requirements management, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Design for X is preferred.
• Product design and end-to-end quality strategy experience is preferred.
• Semiconductor equipment design or manufacturing experience and Design for Six Sigma certifications are pluses.
