What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear priorities and establishing consistent operating rhythms to drive accountability.
  • Define and execute technical strategies to accelerate the adoption of NVIDIA’s AI and computing platforms across developer ecosystems.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and expert to solve complex architectural challenges for partners in priority industries.
  • Architect, demonstrate, and integrate the NVIDIA software stack into partner products, platforms, and pipelines to drive performance breakthroughs.
  • Provide advanced technical resources, such as reference implementations and sample code, to guide partners through complex onboarding processes.
  • Analyze the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and influence internal product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
  • Engage with senior technical leaders at partner organizations to establish best-practice integrations and gather critical field insights.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional experience in the technology industry across software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team.
  • Proven experience strategizing and scaling global developer programs with major technology organizations and ISVs.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on architectural design, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder technical engagements and negotiate requirements across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
  • Expertise in architecting and optimizing solutions using advanced AI and GPU-accelerated frameworks.
