What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional experience in the technology industry across software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team.
Proven experience strategizing and scaling global developer programs with major technology organizations and ISVs.
Extensive experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on architectural design, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder technical engagements and negotiate requirements across internal and external teams.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
Expertise in architecting and optimizing solutions using advanced AI and GPU-accelerated frameworks.
