Manager, Cloud and Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the Cloud Platform Architecture, Microsoft 365, and Infrastructure Engineering functions.
• Design and manage secure, scalable, and cost-effective public and hybrid cloud environments.
• Drive infrastructure modernization through automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and platform engineering.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Develop governance frameworks for data protection, information lifecycle management, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Align infrastructure investments and technology capabilities with organizational strategy and business objectives.
• Lead a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Manage strategic planning, budget preparation, and resource allocation for technology initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 8 years of recent relevant experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing public cloud, hybrid cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments (preferred).
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization including automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and platform engineering (preferred).
• Experience leading and supporting Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online, Teams, and Power Platform (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of implementing technology for large, complex, and geographically diverse multi-entity businesses.
• Demonstrated managerial skills to articulate value, build consensus, and lead teams through change.
• Ability to align strategic planning, budget preparation, and resource management into actionable technology plans.
