Manager, Cloud and Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the Cloud Platform Architecture, Microsoft 365, and Infrastructure Engineering functions.
• Design and manage public, hybrid, and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
• Drive infrastructure modernization using automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and cloud-native technologies.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks for collaboration platforms, data protection, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Align infrastructure investments and technology plans with organizational strategy and budgets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering culture across diverse technical teams.
• Oversee change management and user adoption strategies for digital workplace transformation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 8 years of recent relevant experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing public cloud, hybrid cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments (preferred).
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization initiatives including automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud-native technologies (preferred).
• Experience leading and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform (preferred).
• Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks for collaboration platforms and data protection (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of implementing sophisticated technology to support a large, complex, and geographically diverse multi-entity business.
• Sound understanding of healthcare operations including hospitals, clinics, medical offices, and IS needs.
