What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and formal education.
Experience driving large-scale systems initiatives including CRM onboarding, new productivity tools, and business integrations/M&As.
Solution architecture skillset to integrate various technologies into a unified experience.
Relevant experience in requirement gathering, user story definition, technical liaison, functional testing, and user testing support.
Ability to evaluate system designs and architecture while collaborating with multiple engineering teams.
Experience implementing or managing CRM, Order Management, or Revenue Ops systems (Salesforce.com preferred).
Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce.com business analyst/administrator certification, business acumen in revenue operations, and experience managing key client relationships (preferred).
