Manager, AI User Enablement

What you'll do

• Act as a field-facing lead to coach finance professionals on how to use AI tools safely and effectively.
• Develop and deliver a role-based AI enablement curriculum including workshops, hackathons, and lunch-and-learns.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, agent examples, use-case patterns, and plain-language guides for users.
• Establish and manage a practitioner community to identify literacy gaps and report adoption barriers.
• Analyze user surveys to create journey maps and design specific enablement strategies for different user profiles.
• Measure and report on adoption metrics, learning effectiveness, and the transition from basic usage to functional capability.
• Convert recurring one-on-one coaching sessions into reusable training assets and resources.
• Coordinate with governance and product teams to ensure all training remains aligned with organizational standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related professional work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering training, enablement, communications, or organizational change programs for business audiences.
• 2+ years of experience driving adoption and behavior change across teams and stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• 1+ years of experience with AI enablement, project management of AI solutions, or similar advanced technology in a business environment.
• Expert communication and facilitation skills, including experience coordinating live workshops for professional audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Claude Desktop/Cowork, and Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non-technical professionals.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Mastery of training curriculum design, role-based learning paths, and structured change management methodologies like ADKAR (preferred).
• Proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, or similar tools (preferred).
• Verifiable Microsoft certification or applied-skills credential related to Copilot and Copilot Studio (preferred).
• Master's degree in AI, organizational leadership, education, communications, or a related field (preferred).
