Director, AI Enablement

What you'll do

• Lead agile technical delivery teams to unify and scale AI efforts across the enterprise.
• Integrate automated security controls into the AI ecosystem including CI/CD pipelines and data classification.
• Convert complex business challenges into actionable technical strategies for high-impact solutions.
• Establish enterprise AI architecture through strategic roadmaps, framework selection, and standardized development patterns.
• Manage and mentor a high-caliber team of engineers, data scientists, and security specialists.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for EnableAI to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with external organizations to showcase Micron’s engineering accomplishments in industry contexts.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in software engineering or IT.
• 10 years of experience in senior leadership managing AI/ML or digital transformation portfolios.
• Deep understanding of modern AI stacks and MLOps ecosystems.
• Familiarity with security automation tools for code scanning, vulnerability management, and data classification.
• Proven ability to lead teams in regulated environments and implement "Governance as Code" frameworks.
• Ability to influence C-suite customers and empower agile teams through a servant-leader mentality.
• Experience scaling AI initiatives across global organizations or building partnerships with hyperscalers and AI startups.
