What you'll do

Lead end-to-end AI product development across Marketing and Field Engagement functions from ideation to performance measurement.
Translate business needs from marketing and commercial stakeholders into scalable, AI-driven solutions and products.
Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready AI integrated into the engagement ecosystem.
Evaluate and manage external AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships across key business pillars.
Establish best practices for AI product development, experimentation, and scaling across the commercial organization.
Ensure all AI initiatives comply with regulatory, privacy, ethical, and medical/legal/regulatory standards.
Drive the adoption of AI capabilities to foster a culture of innovation within marketing and field teams.

What we're looking for

A PhD or Master’s degree is required.
An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, marketing technology, commercial analytics, or advanced analytics.
Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives across marketing, omnichannel engagement, field engagement, CRM, or commercial operations is required.
Strong expertise in modern AI technologies including Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, NLP, and machine learning is required.
Hands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and/or AI agents is required.
Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, omnichannel marketing ecosystems, field engagement platforms, and commercial execution workflows is a plus.
