Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
Lead a team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians in troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
Establish and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing systems.
Drive root cause analysis programs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.
Manage spare parts inventory, resource allocation, and maintenance budgets including CAPEX and OPEX.
Track and report on key performance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.
Oversee third-party vendor relationships and manage service contracts.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols including LOTO, arc flash, and confined space programs.
What we're looking for
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
Minimum 5 years of experience in critical electrical and mechanical maintenance, infrastructure, or manufacturing with progressive leadership responsibility.
At least 2 years of experience directly supervising or leading technical maintenance teams.
Experience in vendor management and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Strong background in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles, RCFA investigations, and CMMS implementation.
Proficiency in tracking KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE), reporting metrics, and project management.
Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, control systems, and safety procedures like LOTO.
