What you'll do

  • Execute the mechanical design and analysis of fan rotor hardware for multiple fan stages.
  • Develop technical solutions for complex engineering problems related to fan rotor airfoil designs.
  • Document all technical data generated during the design and analysis phases of the project.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support manufacturing and procurement activities.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues by providing clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Prepare and present technical data and conclusions to both internal and external audiences.
  • Serve as a peer reviewer for less experienced team members during internal technical reviews.
  • Lead fan rotor projects by developing project plans to manage design execution and resource requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant design engineering position.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen as a prerequisite for security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to access export-controlled information.
