What you'll do

Assess, inventory, and track all hardware and firmware assets across assigned domains for tech refresh projects.
Perform demand forecasting, material procurement, production planning, and cost reduction planning to maintain a resilient supply chain.
Manage day-to-day provisioning, spares planning, warranty coordination, and repair activities for IT equipment.
Develop and maintain logistics processes, policies, and inventory management tools to ensure operational efficiency.
Execute supply chain modeling and warehouse operations to support IT integration across infrastructure services.
Maintain accurate inventory of warehouse facilities to ensure stock levels are audit-ready.
Evaluate vendor quality and coordinate corrective actions to improve supplier reliability.
Coordinate with carriers and integrators to ensure equipment arrives on time and meets security requirements.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
US citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of related experience.
Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, supplier coordination, or IT hardware lifecycle support.
Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, asset lifecycle management, and warehouse operations.
Experience supporting technology refresh, hardware deployment, or IT infrastructure projects.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
