What you'll do

Administer enterprise endpoint management platforms for provisioning, configuration, imaging, and sustainment of workstation operating systems.
Manage automated deployment services including OS imaging, task sequences, driver packages, and standardized configuration baselines.
Administer device authentication, registration, policy enforcement, encryption, and secure configuration settings across diverse networks.
Support application lifecycle management by packaging, deploying, distributing, and troubleshooting software delivery issues.
Monitor endpoint health, performance, and patch levels while conducting root cause analysis and coordinating remediation.
Perform patch management operations to deploy security updates and OS updates to maintain secure endpoints.
Conduct vulnerability and compliance remediation by reviewing SCAP reports and enforcing secure configuration baselines.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex endpoint incidents, authentication failures, and profile management issues.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
Must be a US citizen.
Must have 4+ years of related experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 8+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
Must meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE).
Must have hands-on experience administering enterprise endpoint management platforms like MECM or Intune.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
