Contribute to risk management and strategic reviews to support high-quality service delivery.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
Experience in quality assurance or management for large-scale IT environments
Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or similar service management frameworks
Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical teams
US citizenship is mandatory
Experience supporting enterprise governance and continuous improvement initiatives
