What you'll do

Lead quality assurance activities for engineering, operations, and tech refresh services to ensure alignment with program standards.
Develop, monitor, and report on performance metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Support enterprise planning, governance, and oversight activities including audits, evaluations, and compliance checks.
Coordinate with leadership and project managers to implement process improvements and strengthen documentation.
Provide quality assurance for scheduling, coordination, lifecycle planning, and management activities.
Contribute to risk management, readiness assessments, and strategic reviews to support informed decision making.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with Polygraph.
US citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of related experience.
Experience performing quality assurance or management in large-scale IT, engineering, or operations environments.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or similar service management frameworks.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Save
