  • Contribute to risk management and strategic reviews to support high-quality service delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
  • Experience in quality assurance or management for large-scale IT environments
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or similar service management frameworks
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical teams
  • US citizenship is mandatory
  • Experience supporting enterprise governance and continuous improvement initiatives
