Configuration Manager - TS/SCI with Polygraph serves as a critical member of the IT Infrastructure and Operations team, where they ensure the integrity of Enterprise IT Infrastructure. Required tools and methodologies include Service Central, SharePoint, and ITIL processes. This role addresses the challenge of maintaining consistent, controlled baselines across large-scale Department of Defense or Intelligence Community infrastructure to reduce risk and improve audit readiness throughout the system lifecycle.
Maintain configuration baselines for systems, services, diagrams, and technical artifacts to ensure enterprise consistency.
Track and manage configuration changes resulting from engineering, operations, or technology refresh activities.
Ensure all infrastructure changes are documented, approved, versioned, and accessible throughout the system lifecycle.
Maintain an inventory and catalog of systems to support configuration, communication, and risk management.
Manage the knowledge management repository by indexing and permissioning technical documentation for operational use.
Control and align engineering assets, such as test reports and sustainment plans, with approved baselines.
What we're looking for
Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE).
At least 3 years of experience in configuration management, documentation control, or configuration governance within DoW, IC, or engineering environments.
Experience maintaining version-controlled documentation repositories such as SharePoint or KM portals.
Familiarity with ITIL, CM, and change control processes.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
