You will also support knowledge management by cataloging EII systems and maintaining accessible technical artifacts in a controlled repository. This role requires experience with ITIL, CM processes, and familiarity with Service Central, as well as DoD 8140 certification. Ideal candidates have at least three years of configuration management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community environments.

What you'll do

Maintain configuration baselines for EII systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Support engineering by controlling and maintaining consistent configuration assets and documents.

What we're looking for

US citizenship required
3+ years of experience in configuration management within DoD, IC, or engineering environments
Familiarity with ITIL, CM, and change control processes
Experience maintaining version-controlled documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint)
Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE)
