Configuration Manager - TS/SCI with Polygraph
The Configuration Manager supports the CIS team by maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of technical baselines and configuration items for the Enterprise IT Infrastructure. This role involves managing configuration changes from engineering, operations, and tech refresh activities while ensuring all changes follow customer processes and are captured in controlled documentation sets. The individual will maintain inventory catalogs, manage knowledge management repositories, and ensure all configuration assets like test reports and sustainment plans are consistent with approved baselines. Required skills include documentation controls, enterprise information integration, IT configuration management, and version control. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with Service Central, SharePoint, or similar KM portals, and possess familiarity with ITIL, CM, and change control processes within large-scale DoW or IC infrastructure environments.
Maintain configuration baselines for EII systems, services, diagrams, and technical artifacts.
Track and manage configuration changes resulting from engineering, operations, or tech refresh activities.
Maintain an inventory and catalog of EII systems to support risk and change management.
Manage the knowledge management repository to ensure all configuration items are accessible and indexed.
Ensure all configuration assets, including test reports and sustainment plans, are consistent with approved baselines.
Verify that all infrastructure changes are properly documented, approved, versioned, and accessible.
What we're looking for
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
Must be a US citizen.
Must have 10+ years of related experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
Must meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements.
Must have 3+ years of experience in configuration management, documentation control, or configuration governance within DoW, IC, or engineering environments.
Must have experience maintaining version-controlled documentation repositories such as SharePoint or KM portals.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
