What you'll do

  • Leads operational monitoring and telemetry strategy for Power Platform and Copilot services.
  • Defines and enforces DLP policies and access controls for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Owns environment and capacity strategy across development, test, and production tenants.
  • Directs lifecycle hygiene practices to ensure business-led solutions mature into enterprise services.
  • Partners with security teams to design information protection patterns for AI and agent-based solutions.
  • Leads Level 3 incident response and problem management for Power Platform and Copilot services.
  • Plans and executes platform updates and vulnerability responses across Power Platform and Copilot services.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or platform engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform administration at enterprise scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio operationalization.
  • Proven ability to define and enforce governance controls for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong understanding of identity, security, and cloud platform governance concepts.
  • Ability to lead enterprise-scale programs and mentor senior engineers effectively.
