Lead Workplace Experience Engineer, Power Platform

What you'll do

• Manage the architecture, governance, and full lifecycle of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot capabilities as enterprise services.
• Define and enforce environment strategy, capacity management, and cost controls for production and development environments.
• Establish and enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies, connector governance, and access controls for AI-powered solutions.
• Lead Level 3 incident response and root cause analysis to ensure reliability of Power Platform and Copilot services.
• Oversee the transition of experimental automations into governed, production-ready services in collaboration with internal innovation teams.
• Develop and maintain agent inventories, AI taxonomies, and usage tracking to align with corporate AI policies.
• Execute platform updates, vulnerability responses, and configuration changes across all Power Platform and Copilot systems.

What we're looking for

• Hold a BS or MS degree (or equivalent experience).
• Possess 7+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, platform engineering, or enterprise collaboration services.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in infrastructure operations and advanced knowledge of identity, security, and cloud platform governance.
• Exhibit deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform administration at enterprise scale, including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM.
• Possess hands-on experience operationalizing Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio with a focus on agent design and access governance.
• Demonstrate proven ability to define and enforce governance, DLP, and lifecycle controls for AI-enabled solutions in regulated environments.
• Show strong grounding in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and information protection concepts like sensitivity labels and retention.
• Exhibit the ability to lead enterprise-scale programs, set standards across multiple teams, and mentor senior engineers.
