As a Lead Platform Engineer, you will join a team focused on creating and supporting DevOps tools using emerging technologies to drive major infrastructure transformations. You will also utilize configuration management tools, AWS services, and build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory to solve complex technical problems and ensure the reliability of high-performing systems.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions within Agile teams.
  • Engineer integrated, end-to-end support frameworks across multiple technology layers.

  • Manage the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of engineering solutions.
  • Utilize Python, SQL, Docker, ECS, and AWS tools to build and support DevOps infrastructure.
  • Mentor other members of the engineering community and stay current on emerging technologies.
  • Translate complex requirements from various sources into a single comprehensive technical view.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 6 years of experience using build and deployment tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory.
  • At least 4 years of experience with AWS.
  • At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, Docker, ECS, and various AWS services.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
