What you'll do

Manage the entire manufacturing value chain for Roadrunner from initial prototyping to high-volume production.
Integrate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback into the engineering process during product development.
Act as a technical liaison for mechanical fabrication and avionics systems.
Create and maintain essential documentation including MBOMs, work instructions, and manufacturing requirements.
Develop production and test methodologies to scale capabilities for complex products.
Analyze performance metrics to drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and capacity increases.
Travel to supplier sites to conduct sourcing, resolve production issues, and implement processes.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
A degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or hard science is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and mechanical fabrication/avionics.
Familiarity with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification is preferred.
Software scripting experience in any language is preferred.
