As a Lead Technical Program Manager - Payments, Jira within the Commercia Investment Bank - Payments Technology team, you will drive the delivery of complex technology projects to meet firm-wide business goals. What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience managing program schedules, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and action items with clear ownership.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
Experience in Payments Industry, financial services, portfolio governance, or large-scale technology operating environments (preferred).
