As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Consumer & Community Banking - Technology team, you will drive the delivery of complex technology projects to achieve firm-wide business goals. You will develop comprehensive project plans involving technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines while managing budgets and high-performing teams in an agile environment. Your daily work involves identifying risks, collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams, and utilizing advanced analytical reasoning to optimize program performance. You will leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for planning and risk synthesis while ensuring strict data sensitivity compliance. The role requires a background in development or SRE and expertise in stakeholder management. You will solve technical challenges by translating business objectives into manageable tasks, potentially involving Generative AI experience to support the firm's evolving technology infrastructure and operational goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review of all outputs.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Background in development or SRE.
Experience working with one or more programs.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use while following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
