You must possess proficiency in at least one programming language and a firm grasp of web relationships while championing agile delivery practices and promoting reuse-first, AI-assisted governance for technical program management workflows.

What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review of all outputs.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages with a firm grasp of fundamental web/internet relationships.
JIRA subject matter expertise.
Proven experience in Networking and Infrastructure, including firewalls and submitting requests via ACM.
Working knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and familiarity with Akamai and F5 as it relates to PSaaS.
Experience with code scanning tools, penetration testing tools, or Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Jules (preferred).
