As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Commercial & Investment Bank's Payments Technology department, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs to reach business goals. What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Advanced experience in technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, or operational objectives.
Experience with Payments Industry or Financial Services domain knowledge (preferred).
