What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for technology solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Use data-driven analysis to assess program performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster a culture of innovation.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review and data security compliance.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to build relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Advanced experience in technical fluency, including vendor product knowledge and managing vendor relations.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area (preferred).
Experience with Agile/Lean delivery at scale, related tooling, and Scrum or SAFe certifications (preferred).
