Utilizing Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex Skills, you will create repeatable workflows and improve stakeholder communication. This role requires 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on complex business functions, hands-on AI automation expertise, and strong command of modern recruiting tools like ModernLoop and Gem.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority Finance roles.
  • Serve as a strategic TA partner to Finance leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Build agentic AI bots to support TA processes and workflows.
  • Use Claude Code and OpenAI Codex Skills to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable recruiting records in designated systems.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership for complex roles.
  • Proven ability to consult senior hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI bots or workflow agents to improve processes.
  • Direct experience using Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex Skills for repeatable workflows.
  • Strong command of Workday and modern recruiting systems, including ModernLoop and Gem.
  • Excellent judgment in sensitive hiring matters with high attention to detail and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred experience includes global market hiring considerations.
