Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Analytics

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact projects across the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, defining problem statements and implementing solutions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to derive complex TA data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Develop a roadmap to advance analytical capabilities in Talent Acquisition, including predictive models and self-service reporting tools.
• Optimize systems and processes within Talent Acquisition to enhance efficiency and improve the candidate experience.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to align Talent Acquisition initiatives with broader business objectives through data-backed insights.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a highly analytical role within Talent Acquisition/HR.
• Deep proficiency in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Proven ability to connect talent acquisition initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-level communication.
• Bias for action and the ability to deliver insight and impact quickly.
• Structured approach to problem-solving and navigating ambiguity in complex challenges.
