What you'll do

Provide technical leadership for space operations including tactics development, planning, and lifecycle support.
Lead cross-functional technical efforts to ensure solutions meet performance, cost, schedule, and compliance requirements.
Support the development of CONOPS, procedures, and operational checkouts for new systems and applications.
Coordinate with geographically separated operators to create synergy between various commands and organizations.
Participate in Engineering Review Boards and provide technical inputs on contract performance for the PMO.
Develop and conduct design reviews and provide implementation coordination for affected users.
Certify as a BSA-N crew member and work periodic shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information and an in-scope fully adjudicated Counterintelligence Polygraph.
Experience in orbital mechanics, space systems, space operations, integration and test, and team management.
STK Certification and/or Astrogator knowledge (preferred).
Familiarity with DoD/NRO spacecraft and missions (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
