What you'll do

Manage system requirements including decomposition, traceability, verification, and validation across the ISR platform.
Conduct trade studies to evaluate hardware, software, and system design alternatives.
Support hardware selection for mission systems, processing, networking, sensors, and infrastructure.
Develop and review verification plans, test procedures, and test reports for lab, ground, and flight environments.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide data analysis for system performance and compliance.
Produce architecture documents, technical roadmaps, and decision records for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, track, and mitigate technical risks while ensuring engineering standards are met.
Mentor technical leaders and manage systems engineering schedules with minimal oversight.

What we're looking for

Active US Secret security clearance or higher.
Current Security+ Certification.
Bachelor's degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
Graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
Minimum 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering for complex defense, aerospace, or ISR-related systems.
Demonstrated experience with ISR platforms, mission systems, sensors, payload integration, and command & control systems.
U.S. citizens.
