Lead Systems Engineer, NCCT Product Manager

What you'll do

• Refine Epics with Product Owners to ensure they are clearly understood by the development team.
• Provide technical guidance and direction on critical system components and integrations to development teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog to align with program objectives and meet end-user needs.
• Report agile development status and sprint progress to customers during bi-weekly and quarterly cycles.
• Analyze metrics from agile tools to predict schedule slippage and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain transparency of team work through Scaled Agile Process tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Deliver software packages on time and within budget to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.

What we're looking for

• Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of related experience, or a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats at all levels of the organization (preferred).
• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience working on the NCCT program as a Product Owner (preferred).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle in a cloud environment and CI/CD (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
