Lead, Systems Engineer - Product Architecture joins the ForceX team to deliver mission-focused technical solutions from concept through sustainment. What you'll do

Lead product internal R&D development and program execution teams across the Systems Engineering and Integration & Test organizations.
Develop and refine system architecture approaches and provide technical authority for system-level engineering decisions.
Plan, support, and document formal product architecture and design reviews for the VAMPIRE Counter-UAS product line.
Assess technical options, identify system-level risks, and shape the long-range technology roadmap.
Coordinate architecture decisions across systems, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering stakeholders.
Execute engineering work products from requirements decomposition through verification and technical documentation.
Produce and maintain system engineering artifacts including requirements traceability, risk registers, and verification evidence.
Conduct technical analysis, risk identification, and trade studies to support design decisions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
9+ years of experience in systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
9+ years of experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification practices.
Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science) (preferred).
Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) familiarity (preferred).
Experience with multi-domain mission systems and secure architectures (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
