What you'll do

Lead systems engineering for EO/IR sensor systems throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Direct technical planning, system integration, validation, and verification activities for various programs.
Perform complex systems analysis to determine how environmental changes affect performance outcomes.
Evaluate system performance indicators and implement actions to correct or improve results.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and suppliers.
Coach and mentor team members on engineering tasks and project goals.
Make critical decisions by evaluating the costs and benefits of potential technical solutions.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience leading teams or projects within the EO/IR sensor field (preferred).
Experience in technical disciplines supporting EO/IR sensor or component work (preferred).
Experience writing BOEs and supporting proposals (preferred).
Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (preferred).
Experience in architecture, specification, implementation, simulation, test, verification, validation, and debugging (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
