JOB TITLE: Lead System Engineer The Lead System Engineer works within the ISR Networks Systems team, providing leadership for programs including Global Hawk, Triton, Hawklink, and P-8A. What you'll do

Provide systems-level technical support to the Program Manager and Program Engineer.
Define and verify system-level requirements from contract inception to product delivery.
Create technical documentation including specifications, Interface Control Documents, and block diagrams.
Perform product testing and troubleshooting within a laboratory environment.
Manage the cost and schedule of engineering tasks using the Earned Value Management System.
Lead programs to successful completion across various ISR Networks Systems programs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience working in Systems Engineering and with Engineering processes.
Able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Experience in working with EVMS as a Control Account Manager (preferred).
Experience working on DoD contracts (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
