Lead System Specialist, Email Platform & Consent Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Drive the operational roadmap and execution for email infrastructure, consent management, and analytics pipelines.
• Optimize data modeling and identity resolution into scalable workflows for engineering and marketing stakeholders.
• Manage global platform configurations to ensure system stability and legal compliance.
• Lead incident response and escalation for platform reliability events under high pressure.
• Operationalize legal requirements into automated enforcement cycles to mitigate multi-market legal exposure.
• Manage and evolve the global preference center to accommodate new product and content options.
• Maintain data extract pipelines, audience health monitoring, and reporting infrastructure with engineering teams.
• Own the global suppression strategy, including data extension logic and frequency governance.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in platform operations, technical program management, or systems engineering.
• Experience running complex, compliance-sensitive data infrastructure at scale.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence in enterprise marketing technology or high-volume messaging systems.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional delivery across technical and legal dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end support operations or triage functions for a shared internal platform.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement or comparable enterprise email platforms (preferred).
• Experience navigating M&A data and consent integration (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (preferred).
