Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant, VP, Wealth & Investment Management Strategy

What you'll do

• Develop strategic plans and analysis to drive long-term growth across the wealth and investment management ecosystem.
• Create executive materials for Board of Directors meetings and Investor Day presentations.
• Manage workstreams for digital and self-directed wealth, including client segmentation and pricing economics.
• Lead workplace wealth strategy initiatives involving stock plans, equity compensation, and retirement offerings.
• Analyze business cases for growth in deposits, securities-based lending, and trust relationships.
• Evaluate emerging markets such as digital assets while monitoring regulatory developments and competitor moves.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled organizational efficiency opportunities across the business unit.
• Build complex analytics models to provide clear evidence for strategic decision-making.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of strategy and planning experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or wealth management products, fields, or finance (preferred).
• Proficiency in structured problem solving, critical thinking, quantitative rigor, and concise executive communication (preferred).
• Ability to leverage emerging technologies and AI tools to accelerate business performance (preferred).
• Exposure to digital/self-directed wealth, partnerships, M&A, workplace wealth, deposit/lending growth, or digital assets (preferred).
• Advanced quantitative modeling skills and ability to produce executive-quality materials without analyst support (preferred).
• Experience developing product roadmaps and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans (preferred).
• Experience contributing to Board of Directors or Investor Day strategy materials (preferred).
