As a Vice President, AI-Powered Wealth Growth & Sales Optimization on the Sales Optimization team, you will develop a centralized lead operating system to connect advisors with clients across multiple channels. You will diagnose journey friction points using quantitative analysis and large datasets to identify high-impact opportunities for conversion and advisor productivity. Your daily work involves translating business needs into technical requirements for data and technology partners to build machine learning driven prioritization and generative AI enabled tools. Key skills include SQL, business intelligence tools, advanced spreadsheet methods, and experience with test-and-learn cycles. This role solves the challenge of optimizing lead-to-conversion journeys and deepening client assets within a complex, regulated wealth management environment.
Diagnose lead-to-conversion performance using quantitative analysis and large datasets to identify friction points.
Define business problems by scoping work, sizing opportunities, and establishing success metrics for conversion and productivity.
Translate complex business needs into technical requirements for data and technology partners to build workflow-ready tools.
Drive the development and rollout of advisor-facing tools featuring machine learning and generative AI capabilities.
Align stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Risk to remove blockers and maintain delivery cadences.
Communicate analytical findings and strategic trade-offs to senior leadership through concise narratives and visuals.
Measure outcomes through reporting and experimentation to refine solutions based on quantified results and feedback.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analytics, consulting, or product strategy within a complex organization.
Strong quantitative toolkit including experience analyzing large datasets using SQL, business intelligence tools, and advanced spreadsheet methods.
Ability to define success metrics and measurement plans that connect work to business outcomes.
Experience translating business problems into build-ready requirements for analytics and technology teams with clear definitions and acceptance criteria.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and drive outcomes through influence in a regulated environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex analysis into persuasive recommendations for senior audiences.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives from problem definition through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
Experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor-led sales models (preferred); experience with ML/GenAI solutions (preferred).
