What you'll do

Define and implement software quality assurance processes for all SATCOM programs.
Review contracts and statements of work to generate Basis of Estimates and program plans.
Perform independent internal audits to verify compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Participate in risk identification, milestone reviews, and non-conformance management.
Verify change management processes and participate in Change Control Boards.
Monitor subcontractor processes, products, and license controls.
Analyze nonconformity data to lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions using Lean and Six Sigma.
Support the generation and verification of manual and automated tests to discover software bugs.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance at a minimum.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Understanding of software configuration and change management practices (preferred).
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and AS9100/ISO9001 and AS9115 quality systems (preferred).
