JOB TITLE: Lead, Software Engineering The Salesforce Lead Developer leads the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for the Client Onboarding & Enrollments portfolio. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while mentoring developers and driving engineering best practices. You will perform development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, triggers, and asynchronous processing. You will champion CI/CD, source control, and automated testing to ensure high-quality releases. The role requires solving complex technical problems within financial services, specifically focusing on client onboarding, workflow automation, and transaction-processing applications while maintaining strict adherence to enterprise security, risk, and governance standards.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for the Client Onboarding & Enrollments portfolio.
  • Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and APIs.
  • Design and implement secure integrations between Salesforce and internal or external enterprise platforms using REST APIs and web services.
  • Champion automated CI/CD, source control, testing, and DevOps practices for Salesforce engineering teams.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to developers through code reviews and design discussions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs while ensuring alignment with enterprise security and governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and drive root-cause resolution for production problems.
  • Establish and enforce development standards for clean code, modular patterns, and automated testing.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant Salesforce development experience.
  • Must have hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and APIs.
  • Must have experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, web services, and asynchronous processing.
  • Must have experience with source control, CI/CD, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Must have experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience with client onboarding, workflow automation, or financial services applications is preferred (preferred).
  • Work Authorization.
