What you'll do

Translate emerging concepts and customer needs into functional prototype capabilities for advanced military communications systems.
Architect, design, develop, integrate, and test multidisciplinary prototypes spanning software, hardware, and radio elements.
Lead the technical demonstration of complex subsystem and system-level capabilities from initial concept to working demonstration.
Evaluate technical options and identify tradeoffs to mature concepts into operationally relevant capabilities.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across software, hardware, and integrated system interfaces using development and debug tools.
Influence solution direction by evaluating interfaces and operational requirements with cross-functional engineering teams.
Communicate technical progress, risks, and recommended paths forward to leadership, customers, and end users.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience, or 13 years of related experience without a degree.
Working knowledge of software development, radio architectures, system integration, and prototype development.
Experience architecting, designing, and testing multidisciplinary prototypes spanning software, hardware, and radio elements.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across software, hardware, and integrated system interfaces.
Broad technical knowledge across software, hardware, RF, electrical interfaces, and embedded systems (preferred).
Working knowledge of C, C++, Python, Rust, and Linux-based environments (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
