What you'll do

Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems using advanced root-cause analysis.
Mentor junior engineers through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to raise engineering standards.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, Fast API, Django, and Rest API design.
Experience with distributed systems and messaging technologies like RabbitMQ.
Experience with modern data stores such as Cockroach DB or equivalent distributed SQL/NoSQL systems.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Practical cloud-native experience including containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and AWS managed services.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security automation.
Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle from requirements through production support.
