Lead Software Engineer, Privilege Access Management

What you'll do

• Develop secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
• Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Establish validation standards for AI outputs including security, performance, and automated testing.
• Identify opportunities to automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve system stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.
• Design and develop Privilege Access Management solutions that adhere to identity governance and security standards.
• Provide level 3 support and technical leadership for security solutions to vendors, suppliers, and end-users.
• Perform proofs of concept for new integrations and provide direction for testing new functionality.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied experience in the Privilege access management domain using tools like HashiCorp, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, and operational stability on at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
• Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
• Experience in the security domain (infrastructure, network, or application) and container orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and automation tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Maven, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Exposure to Golang, Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, SIEM tools, LDAP, Active Directory, and ADFS.
• AWS Certification(s) (preferred).
