What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Must have 10+ years of backend development experience across multiple layers including databases and networking.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of corporate IAM covering the full workforce identity lifecycle.
  • Ability to design and implement complex distributed systems operating under high load.
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript with a strong DevOps mindset and end-to-end code ownership.
  • Deep understanding of modern authentication protocols including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise identity solutions such as IGA, MFA, PAM/PIM, JIT, and Directory architectures like Okta or SailPoint.
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks including SOC2, SOX, and PCI.
  • Strong collaborative communication skills in Agile environments with a proactive problem-solving approach.
