What we're looking for
You must have at least 8 years of experience in backend or security platform engineering with a focus on building systems at scale.
You must have demonstrated experience designing and building security platforms, access management control planes, or identity infrastructure from the ground up.
You must possess a deep understanding of core identity primitives and protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, or WebAuthn.
You must have experience implementing role-based, policy-based, or attribute-based access control models for human and machine workloads.
You should have experience or foundational capability in defining security guardrails and governance for AI agents, LLMs, and non-human workloads.
You must have experience operating high-availability, high-throughput Tier-0 infrastructure in cloud-native environments like AWS and Kubernetes.
You must have a proven track record of technical ownership and driving multi-team initiatives to completion.
Preferred skills include knowledge of cryptography, PKI, certificate management, and zero-trust architectural models.
