As a Lead Software Engineer .Net, you will join the Commercial and Investment Bank Healthcare Payments team to build and deliver trusted, scalable technology products. What you'll do

Deliver products and solutions end-to-end from requirements definition through final launch.
Manage a team of engineers by providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance guidance.
Design robust, scalable, and resilient solutions that meet current and anticipated business needs.
Translate product features into implemented, production-ready capabilities in partnership with engineers.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to probe architectural designs and technical credentials.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
4+ years of experience directly managing or leading a team of engineers, including technical direction and performance development.
Professional experience leading projects end-to-end from initial design through production release.
Hands-on experience in a modern object-oriented programming language such as .NET/C# for building scalable applications.
Experience writing, optimizing, and debugging complex SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and ensuring responsible AI use.
Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.
10+ years of professional experience in software engineering (preferred).
Familiarity with modern front-end libraries and frameworks such as JavaScript and React (preferred).
Exposure to cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
Advanced in one or more programming language(s) (preferred).
