What you'll do

Develop and troubleshoot complex software solutions using AI agents and assisted tooling to solve technical problems efficiently.
Write, review, and debug high-quality production code while ensuring security and scalability standards are met.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI tools for code refactoring, testing acceleration, and incident analysis.
Establish consistent validation standards for automated testing, secure coding, and the reuse of effective patterns.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve the operational stability of software systems.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.
Manage projects from end-to-end by defining scope, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing delivery timelines.
Optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and performance tuning within the payment space.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience leading projects end to end, including scope definition, cross-functional coordination, and managing timelines through production release.
Hands-on experience in a modern object-oriented programming language such as .NET/C# for building scalable applications.
Experience writing, optimizing, and debugging complex SQL queries for data analysis and performance tuning.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security compliance.
Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
