What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering and development.
Proficiency in Java software development tools and technologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and leading software development teams to deliver high-quality products.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
Proven track record in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management.
Ability to analyze technical requirements, risks, and constraints to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
