What you'll do

Develop high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
Design and execute creative software solutions to solve complex technical problems beyond conventional approaches.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve system operational stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.
Lead communities of practice to promote the adoption of leading-edge technologies across Software Engineering.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code quality and delivery speed.
Establish validation standards for AI-generated outputs, including secure coding, performance, and peer review.
Utilize SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to improve the value realized by automated processes.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Hyper-V and Openshift Infrastructure development with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Practical cloud native experience.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.
