What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, including system design, application development, testing, and operational support.
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Java, Springboot, and Python to build microservices-based applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), distributed systems, and web technologies like RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and JSON.
Hands-on experience designing and building scalable applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
