What you'll do

Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions to solve complex technical problems.
Write secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Establish validation standards for AI outputs including security, performance, and automated testing.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve system operational stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.
Implement mobile applications using Swift UI and various iOS frameworks like UIKit and Core Data.
Manage software development lifecycle tasks including CI/CD, API integration, and version control.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, specifically designing and implementing iOS applications using Swift UI.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Experience with API integration and proficiency with Linux, Mac OS X, GNU tools, and scripting languages.
Experience with iOS Frameworks (Foundation, UIKit, CocoaTouch, Core Data), Unit Testing frameworks, and Xcode profiling tools.
Experience with design patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP, Singleton), Git/Bitbucket version control, CI/CD, and cloud native technologies (preferred).
