Key technical competencies include experience with MVVM/VIPER patterns, API integration, OAuth standards, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile security protocols such as biometrics and encryption.

What you'll do

Provide technical leadership and day-to-day support to business partners, contractors, and vendors.
Design and build secure, production-grade mobile solutions for iOS and Android platforms.
Develop and maintain mobile applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin.
Review, debug, and optimize code to ensure high quality and performance across various devices.
Implement complex front-end features and automated testing for large-scale mobile applications.
Partner with UX teams to prototype and implement features that enhance the user experience.
Drive reliability and scalability by applying Agile practices and SRE principles.
Lead the adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience across system design, application development, testing, and operational stability/support.
Proficiency in at least one mobile-relevant programming language.
Strong knowledge of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Java/Kotlin) frameworks.
Familiarity with iOS architectural/design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, or VIPER.
Experience integrating native device capabilities, API integration, and mobile tooling including auth standards like OAuth/SSO.
Proven delivery of apps via App Store/enterprise distribution using CI/CD, Git, and Agile practices.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
