As an iOS Lead Software Engineer within the Consumer & Community Banking - Mobile team, you will serve as a core technical contributor in an agile environment. What you'll do

Develop high-quality, secure production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
Design and develop reusable iOS framework components using Swift, SwiftUI, and XCTest.
Solve complex technical problems by creating innovative software solutions beyond routine or conventional approaches.
Identify opportunities to automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve system stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials.
Lead communities of practice to drive awareness and adoption of leading-edge technologies.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code quality and delivery speed.
Utilize SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to improve the value realized by automated processes.

What we're looking for

5+ years hands-on experience with Apple technologies, including Swift, iOS SDK, and advanced Apple platform integration.
Proficiency in designing and developing reusable iOS framework components following Apple's best practices and design guidelines.
Experience architecting and developing complex iOS application frameworks using Swift, SwiftUI, XCTest, Xcode, and Xcode Instruments.
Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.
Practical cloud native experience and demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and coaching engineers on safe adoption (preferred).
